Directions:

From Huntington: Interstate 64 East toward Charleston. Take the 35th Street
Bridge (Exit 98) toward WV 61. 35th Street Bridge becomes 35th Street. Turn
right at light onto MacCorkle Avenue SE/WV-61. Take the second left onto 31st Street
SE. Turn Right onto Chesterfield Avenue. Follow Chesterfield Avenue almost to the
end. 2335 Chesterfield Avenue is on the left. Chesterfield Medical Plaza is the red and
yellow brick building and Day Surgery Center is on the 4th floor.

From Beckley: Interstate 64 West / Interstate 77 North toward Charleston.
Merge onto MacCorkle Avenue SE / WV-61 N via Exit 95. Travel approximately
3.5 miles then turn left onto 31st Street. Turn Right onto Chesterfield Avenue. Follow
Chesterfield Avenue almost to the end. 2335 Chesterfield Avenue is on the left.
Chesterfield Medical Plaza is the red and yellow brick building and Day Surgery Center
is on the 4th floor.

From Morgantown: Interstate 79 South. Merge onto Interstate 77 South toward I-
64/Charleston. Interstate 79 becomes Interstate 77 South. Take the 35th
Street Bridge (Exit 98) toward WV 61. 35th Street Bridge becomes 35th Street. Turn
right at light onto MacCorkle Avenue SE/WV-61. Take the second left onto 31st Street
